Shipping Policy for Online Orders

Currently we ship to the Continental United States using UPS Regular Ground.

If you need items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii or you need to expedite your Continental orders please call us at 1-888-676-2201 (888-MRMAC01) for a freight quote.

Go ahead and place your order and we will get your order ready to ship to Hawaii or Alaska pending your call.

If you would like to pickup your order as you go to the MTC in Provo please call us and make those arrangements.

In the near future we hope to be able to ship to Canada in a way that will reduce your Canadian tariffs and make it easier for your shipments to Canada.

Return Policy for Online Purchases

If you need to request a Return Authorization, log-in and go to “My Account” and click on the “Return Request” tab to fill out the request form. We will promptly respond by email or phone to help you solve your problem.

A full refund minus the original freight charge will be issued on any new never tailored or never worn items. Return items must be in original packaging with labels still attached within 30 days.

Once a suit or slack is altered, it cannot be returned. However, after receiving the suit or slack if it needs further adjustments we will resize it at no additional cost other than return shipping costs.

Items deemed defective by manufacture will be replaced with identical item when possible, similar item if not available.

Items that are worn out due to normal wear and tear will not be eligible for credit or refund.
