For over 40 years, MR MAC has provided missionaries and their families quality clothing and accessories with value prices. Throughout our years of experience, we have found many missionary items at a variety of prices. The lower priced goods are not always of a quality and do not give missionaries the reliability and versatility they require. MR MAC's policy has always been to provide missionaries with quality goods able to withstand the rigors of missionary service. Mac Christensen started to work for a large department store in Salt Lake City, Utah. He soon realized that there was a problem with buying clothing at a department store: if you wanted a suit, you had to go to one department, a pair of shoes in another department, luggage another and so on. Mac felt for the best customer service a person should not have to be shuffled from one department to another. Mac also felt quality should be the first consideration and price second.

In 1964 Mac opened a 1,000 square foot store that served the customer his way - a better way. One-stop shopping for missionaries and mens wear was born in Bountiful, Utah. Over the last 40 years, Mr. Mac has grown to include nine locations and has built a reputation as one of the most recognized and trusted sources for fine men's suits and clothing in the mountain west.
